This Privacy Policy explains how the MENZIO website, business panel and guest menu pages handle personal data. See the Data Protection Notice for details.

Information we collect

Account details (name, email, phone, business information), your menu content (categories, products, images, translations), survey responses (belonging to your business) and security logs.

Menu visitors

Guests who open a menu do not sign in. We do not store IP addresses, device identifiers or cookies; only anonymous statistics such as view counts, language and device type are collected. Please advise guests not to enter personal data in free-text survey answers.

Security

Passwords are stored with one-way hashing (Argon2id/bcrypt); connections use HTTPS; sensitive fields are encrypted; business data is isolated so each business can only access its own data.

Third parties

Fonts and images are served from our own servers; no advertising or tracking services are used. Payments are processed by iyzico/PayTR.

Your rights and contact

Request export, correction or deletion of your data from your panel or via the contact page.
