1. Data Controller

Your personal data is processed by MENZIO as data controller under Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK") as described below.

2. Data Processed and Purposes

  • Identity and contact: name, email, phone, business name — account creation, account management and support.
  • Billing/payment: company name, tax/ID number, tax office, billing address — invoicing and legal obligations. Card details are not stored by us; they are processed by the payment provider.
  • Security: IP address, session and login attempt logs — information security and abuse prevention.
  • Menu visitors: no personal data (IP, device ID, cookies) is collected when guests view a menu; only anonymous counts are kept.

3. Legal Bases

Processing relies on contract performance, legal obligations, legitimate interests and, where required, explicit consent (KVKK Art. 5/2).

4. Transfers

Data may be shared, only as necessary, with hosting and email providers, payment institutions (iyzico, PayTR), accountants/e-invoice providers and competent public authorities.

5. Retention

Data is kept for as long as required by the purpose and legal retention periods. Data of accounts whose trial has ended is kept for 90 days and then deleted or anonymised.

6. Your Rights (KVKK Art. 11)

You may request information, correction, deletion, object to processing and claim compensation for damages. Contact us via destek@menzio.com.tr; you can also export your data and request account deletion from your panel.
