This form informs the BUYER before the contract is concluded, in line with the Distance Contracts Regulation.

| Service | Annual subscription to the MENZIO digital menu platform (Plan 1, 2 or 3). Features are listed on the pricing page and at checkout. |
| Price | The annual, VAT-inclusive price of the selected plan; net amount and VAT are shown separately at checkout. There are no extra fees or commissions. |
| Payment | Credit/debit card (3D Secure) or bank transfer approved by the Seller. |
| Performance and delivery | The service is activated electronically right after payment is confirmed; there is no physical delivery. |
| Right of withdrawal | For services performed immediately in electronic form, withdrawal cannot be exercised because performance starts with the BUYER's consent (Regulation Art. 15/1-ğ). The free trial carries no commitment. |
| Complaints | Contact the Seller; disputes go to Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts. |
The BUYER confirms having read and understood this form electronically. The Distance Sales Agreement also applies.
