Article 1 – Parties

SELLER: MENZIO, destek@menzio.com.tr.
BUYER: the natural or legal person who provides their details at registration and checkout.

Article 2 – Subject

This agreement governs the sale and performance of the annual subscription to the MENZIO digital menu platform purchased electronically by the BUYER (Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and Distance Contracts Regulation).

Article 3 – Service and Price

The service covers digital menu publishing, menu code/QR code, the panel and the features of the selected plan. Prices are annual and VAT included; net amount and VAT are shown separately at checkout. The service is performed immediately in electronic form once payment is confirmed.

Article 4 – Free Trial

New members get a 14-day free trial with no card details. If they do not move to a paid plan, the menu is unpublished and data is kept for 90 days.

Article 5 – Subscription, Renewal, Grace Period

The subscription lasts one year. Reminders are sent 30, 15, 7 and 1 day before expiry. A 7-day grace period applies after expiry during which the menu stays online. If not renewed, the menu goes offline; your menu code never changes and works again on renewal.

Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal

For digital services performed immediately in electronic form, once performance has started with the BUYER's consent, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised under Art. 15/1-ğ of the Distance Contracts Regulation. The BUYER acknowledges being informed before payment.

Article 7 – Obligations

The BUYER is responsible for the accuracy of menu content (prices, allergen information, images) and for respecting third-party rights. The SELLER undertakes to provide the service with reasonable continuity, excluding force majeure and planned maintenance.

Article 8 – Disputes

Within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts at the BUYER's residence are competent.
